As a faith-based Career Development and Leadership Coach, Bill Amirault has supported thousands of motivated professionals (re)discover their passion, find their next job, or make a complete career change very quickly with proven tools and 1-on-1 insights that highlight each person’s unique value.

Being compensated fairly is a mixture of understanding your value, and communicating that value to the right people who understand you and appreciate what you offer.
Negotiating your salary and other compensation can be tough. It’s scary to think about asking for a certain price for your skills. But from my experience, if you do it right, it can help establish a good relationship with the person you’re negotiating with that will last even after the initial offer is made.
